TERMS OF SERVICES
❤︎ Please read the TOS thoroughly before inquiring for a commission. By commissioning me you are agreeing to everything here. If anything in my TOS is not to your liking, you may not commission me ❤︎ If you have any questions please reach out to me via DMs on any of my socials
----------❤︎ I as the artist retain all rights to the artwork. The client will retain all rights to any original character they commissioned.
❤︎ As the artist, I have the right to use any commissioned piece to advertise my commissions.
❤︎ The commissioner has the right to post/share their commissioned piece on social media so long as I, the artist, am given credit and have given you the right to do so
❤︎ If the commissioner and I both agree, I too am allowed to post said commission to my social media.
❤︎ You man NOT claim the artwork as your own.
❤︎ You man NOT use my art for commercial use (make money off of it).
❤︎ You MAY print out the artwork for personal use only
❤︎ Personal use of the artwork is allowed, such as profile pictures, banners, phone or computer wallpapers, etc.
❤︎ My artwork (including my watermark and signature) may NOT be edited or altered in any way, shape, or form.
❤︎ You may NOT trace over my artwork in any way, shape, or form.
❤︎ My artwork may NEVER be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any of the sorts.----------GUIDELINES
❤︎ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
❤︎ If any of my TOS is broken before, during, or after the commission, you will be added to a blacklist indefinitely.
❤︎ Prices are ONLY in USD.
❤︎ Payment through PayPal only.
❤︎ I will ask for a PayPal email so I may send an invoice.
❤︎ Please be sure to message me with direct detail of how you want your commission, meaning, if there are specific clothes, expressions, poses, etc. you want, please provide as many references as possible.
❤︎ If your commission is very detailed, I have the right to charge an extra fee for including these details. Note that you may request for a simplified version to maintain the base price after we discuss payment. Extra fees for super detailed pieces will be discussed before payment is made.
❤︎ I will not start a piece until payment upfront is made.
❤︎ Once payment is received, I will start working on the piece. Once sketch is complete, I will send an update of it before moving forward,
❤︎ You may ask for slight changes to the sketch so I may refine it but if you are unhappy with the entire sketch and wish for me to start anew, an extra fee will be charged. I will not refund full price if you end up canceling the commission if I've already completed a full sketch and could not meet the first sketch expectations.
❤︎ I will not normally update after the sketch has been confirmed but you MAY request for a flat color update. If you request for a flat color update and find you want something changed, I will gladly oblige so long as it is not something drastic. Please be sure to point out any major changes in the sketch phase. If the changes are too large in the flat color stage, a fee will be charged.
❤︎ Upon receiving the final piece, I will ask for an email I can send the high resolution to.
❤︎ If, for whatever reason, I choose to not work on your commission anymore, a full refund will be sent.
❤︎ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT PAYPAL WILL NORMALLY CHARGE ME TAXES. I WILL SEND THE FULL AMOUNT ASKED IF I CANCEL A COMMISSION BUT CANNOT PROMISE THAT PAYPAL WILL SEND YOU BACK THE CORRECT AMOUNT----------WHAT I'LL DRAW
